Refunds, Returns & Cancellation Policy
WE ACCEPT RETURNS FOR EXCHANGE ONLY. WE DO NOT PROVIDE REFUND ON ANY GOODS SOLD
We accept returns for exchange or store credit on the site at our sole discretion. We do not provide refund on any goods sold. You can use the amount paid by you whenever you shop with us next time. All conditions applicable to return of goods shall also apply to exchange of goods. To return / exchange an item, the customer must write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org a prompt response is assured to such mails. Alternatively, the customer may even call at our customer care number +91-90296-58500 which remains open 10am-6pm IST on 5 DAYS (Monday to Friday).
If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product received, you may have the option to exchange for another product or receive a refund at our sole discretion. We are not liable for any damages caused to the product during transit.
Our terms and conditions pertaining to returns and exchange are as follows: –
If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative product, we suggest that you return it for a credit and purchase the new item separately. Our return and exchange policy is however subject to the following:
(a) Items should be returned unused and with all tags still attached. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. Please inform our customer care department in the event any Goods/Products are delivered without tags. We strongly recommend that products be checked thoroughly before they are tried on or any tags or packing are disposed of.
(b)Unidentified returns may be returned to the sender.
(c) All shoes should be tried on a carpeted surface and kept in protective dust bags provided until you are certain you are keeping them. The shoebox is considered a part of the product and shoes returned without it may be sent back to the customer.
(d) Goods are faulty if they are received damaged. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. If you would like to exchange a faulty item instead of obtaining a refund, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on the Site. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be completely accurate.
(e) All custom made orders are non-returnable.
(f) The return cost for shipping the product to be borne by the customer unless specified by us
You acknowledge that these terms of returns and exchange are limited to direct sale by us to you and that these terms of returns and exchange are not available in case of a sale by third party and invoice which shall be governed by the terms of such sale. The purchases can be returned for exchanged within seven (7) calendar days for India and within Ten (10) calendar days for outside India from the day you receive the Goods.PayPal Purchases may be exchanged within Ten (10) days of delivery date.The Cost incurred for shipping to our head office shall be borne by the customer alone. The Return address is stated on the invoice supplied with your goods.All Merchandise returned for exchange for store credit must be in perfect saleable condition and purchased only through the website www.aprajitatoor.com. Please be aware that international customs duties and sales taxes are NOT refunded for shipments. If you are located outside INDIA you will be required to pay additional taxes and duties on exchange items. Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email that we have received the details of your order. Please note that this is not a confirmation that your order has been accepted by us. We reserve the right not to accept your order for payment, shipping restrictions or stock reasons. If your order is not cancelled and once your order has been accepted, you will then receive a confirmation of the dispatch of your goods.Made-To-Order goods will be delivered within ten (10) – Fifteen (15) calendar days of the confirmation of the dispatch of goods. Products are for you own personal use and not for resale. Harleen Creations reserve the right to restrict multiple purchases of one style made by the same customer or to be shipped to the same shipping address.
Cancellation by Us
Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled shall include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or any defect regarding the quality of the product. We may also require additional verification or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged, the said amount will be reversed back in your Card Account.
Cancellations by the User
In case of requests for order cancellations, we reserve the right to accept or reject requests for order cancellations for any reason. As part of usual business practice, if we receive a cancellation notice and the order has not been processed / approved by us, we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount. A request for cancellation of order shall be valid and accepted only if they are made within twenty four (24) hours of making the order on the Site. We will not be able to cancel orders that have already been processed or orders for which request for cancellation is made after the expiry of twenty four (24) from making the order. We have the full right to decide whether an order has been processed or not. The User agrees not to dispute the decision made by us and accepts our decision regarding the cancellation.
