2. HOW DO I MAKE A PURCHASE?

– Once you have found your style/ product, select your size & color and click on the ‘ADD TO CART’ or simply click on ‘button underneath each item.
– Review the items in your shopping bag by clicking the ‘SHOPPING CART’ link at the top of the page.
– Click on ‘PROCEED TO CHECKOUT’ to complete your order.
3. DO I NEED TO SET UP AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?
You can always shop and purchase as a guest, we highly recommend you sign up at www.aprajitatoor.com .
You can browse through the collection without creating an account and select styles / products you like. But, to be able to buy, we advise creating an account which is an easy process.

7. ARE THE COLOURS OF PRODUCTS SHOWN ON THE WEBSITE ACCURATE?
While we have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of the products that appear on the Site, we cannot guarantee that your monitor or screen’s display of any color will be completely accurate, as computer monitors and screens of electronic devices vary.
8. HOW DO I KNOW IF AN ITEM IS IN STOCK?
All though all products are bespoke & handcrafted, they will be in stock unless specified ‘SOLD OUT’ on the particular style. If the product you want to buy is out of stock, please email Support@aprajitatoor.com for more details or customisation(you will need to be a registered user).
9. WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Pay-pal (for international users) and Maestro credit and debit cards. We also have Cash on Delivery and Net Banking options.
Please note that we do not accept any other methods of payment apart from those listed above.
10. IS IT SAFE TO USE MY CREDIT CARD ONLINE AT WWW.APRAJITATOOR.COM?

All orders are processed through a secure checkout system. Additionally, for your safety and protection, we will confirm that the billing address you provide matches the address on file with your credit card company.

11. DO I NEED TO SIGN FOR MY ORDER?
Due to the high value of the goods that we sell, we require proof of delivery for all orders. This means we are unable to authorize packages to be delivered without a signature.
12. CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER MY ORDER HAS BEEN DISPATCHED?
We are unfortunately unable to redirect orders once your items have been dispatched. Therefore, please ensure you provide a suitable shipping address for the specified delivery times.
13. CAN I ADD ITEMS TO AN EXISTING ORDER?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to combine orders or add items to an existing order. If you would like all your items to be delivered together, you will need to cancel your order(s) and place a new order which contains all the items you require or place a fresh order for the new selected styles.
14. CAN I RETURN THE PURCHASE PRODUCTS, WHAT IS YOUR RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY?
All products are Made-to-order, which means they have been exclusively manufactured for you. We accept returns for account credit only, We exchange for a size up or down and do not refund.
15. HOW WILL I KNOW YOU RECEIVED MY ORDER & WHEN WILL PAYMENT BE DEDUCTED?
After you place your order, you will be sent an email confirming that it has been received. Your card will only be debited at time of placing the order. In the rare instance that any of the items you have ordered are not available, we will contact you by email and will only charge your credit card for the value of the items in stock.
16. WHERE IS MY ORDER?
Since each each is made-to-order we aim to dispatch all orders within 5(five) – 7(seven) business days (approx.). Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch, We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive email confirmation of your shipping details and a tracking number.
If you have registered, you will be able to view and track the status of your shipment by signing in and selecting YOUR ORDER / MY ACCOUNT followed by TRACK YOUR ORDER. If you are not registered, sign up now so you can track future orders.
17. HOW MUCH DUTIES AND TAXES WILL I HAVE TO PAY?

Product prices displayed are inclusive of all taxes and duties..
For International Customers.
Product Prices displayed are exclusive of all import duties. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are in, payment of these at the time of delivery is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.
18. IS MY PACKAGE INSURED?
All items are insured against theft and accidental damage whilst in transit from Aprajitat Toor – The Label to the shipping address. Once your items have been delivered to the specified delivery address and signed for, they are no longer covered by insurance.
If your box is damaged upon arrival, we recommend that you either refuse the delivery, or make a note when signing for it that you are accepting a damaged box.

Your order will be delivered to you in our shoe box, making it your perfect storage solution!
